 Item size doesn't fit well?  We're happy to provide you a size exchange for the exact same item that isn't fitting well.  


All qualifying orders can be returned within 30 days of the order shipping date with a return request.  All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Return orders will be refunded with the exception of the original shipping fees paid on the order. Items that have been exchanged are not eligible for a return refund.  

Please contact our Customer Service via email with the following info as it pertains to your need to adequately assist you with your order:

  • Order Number
  • Defective/damaged Item(s) - Photos of the defective/damaged item(s) along with a brief description of the defect or damage.
  • Incorrect Item(s) - Photos of the incorrect item and why it is incorrect.
  • Other Return Item(s) - Items being returned with a brief description of the reason for the return.

We will provide a return shipping label for approved returns. Returns without our approval cannot be returned. All returned packages must include a packing slip.
